Pre-school Gymnastics

Playful Parenting (2 year olds)

This class encourages a healthy lifestyle by increasing motor development, muscle strength and mobility. Parents are asked to accompany their child in class to help build confidence in their child and allowing parents and tots to bond and build connections together in an exciting, safe environment.

Jungle Gym (Ages 3-4)

This is the perfect class for newbies who are ready to learn the basics of gymnastics. Through the use of circuits and group instruction on all apparatuses. Gymnasts will work on gymnastics skills; including rolls, headstands, cartwheel, hops, and basic skills on trampoline, bars and beam.

Recreational Gymnastics

Kinder Gym (Age 5-6)

This class is designed for5-6-year-olds who have mastered the Jungle Gym class. We continue to train skill progressions through circuits and group instruction on all apparatuses. Skill progressions are backwards rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, bridge kickover, and jumps (straight, tuck, straddle, pike) on trampoline. Along with, glides, chin hangs, rollovers and pullovers on bars.

Lil Diva Aages 6+)

These classes help build foundational skills with supportive coaching in a vibrant setting. This class is for athletes 6+ or who have mastered the Jungle Gym and Kinder Gym classes. This beginner/ intermediate class will focus on more advanced gymnastics progressions on all apparatuses. Some skills included are pullover, back hip circle, cartwheel, round off, variation of backward rolls, bridge kick over, back walkover, back handspring along with levers and handstands on balance beam

Gladiators: (Ages 5–8-year-old boys)

Each class incorporates high energy warm-ups, gymnastics skill progressions, strength, endurance, and agility training. And what would a gladiator class be without an obstacle course? Your child will be on the move with exciting new obstacles like our rock wall, warp wall, rings and bar hangs, balancing challenges, and muscle building activities.

Tumbling (2nd grade & up)

Beginner: Level 1

This class is designed for entry level 1 tumblers who have little or no background in gymnastics or tumbling. Our goal in this class is to introduce and master the following skills: rolls, handstand, cartwheel, round off, back bend, bridge kickover, back walkover, front limber.

Intermediate: Level 2

Once skills at the beginner level 1 are mastered, athletes will move up to the intermediate group where they will be working on level 2 tumbling skills.

These skills include back walkover, front walkover, front handspring, back handsprings, connection of the round off back handspring.

Advanced: Level 3-5 This upper level 3-5 tumbling class is designated for athletes who have mastered the beginner & intermediate levels and are working towards upper-level tumbling skills.

These advanced skills include round off back handspring series, front tumbling series, standing back handspring series, standing back tuck, back handspring series, incorporating whips, layouts, and/or full twisting layouts.

Xcel Gymnastics Prep Class

For seasoned gymnasts looking to elevate their skills, our advanced coaching focuses on competitive preparation and technique refinement. This class is designed for gymnasts wanting to compete in the near future, as specific skills are required to advance into the Xcel competitive levels.

Xcel Competitive Gymnastics Training

  • Our Xcel Program is through TAAF organization. We compete in levels Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond divisions. The girls have specific or choreographed routines for Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor. Each level has requirements in which athletes must master before being able to compete.

  • We attend 3-4 gymnastics competitions per season in the Katy/Houston Area. There is a State Meet that we have the option to attend if gymnasts meet all of their qualifications from the season.

  • These athletes are required to attend year around classes. Summer Session (June-August) is when we focus in on developing new skills for the next competition season. The fall session (September-December) is when we start developing the choreographed routines for each athlete. Spring session (January-May) is our competition season. Class day and times can vary from year to year. Athletes can expect to be in the gym 2-6 Hours per week.
